ITHEMBALEMPILO CHILD AND YOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTis Non-Profit Organisation established in 2014 that aims to enhance collaboration across South Africa among community based organisations, corporate, and government institutions for the promotion and protection of the dignity, rights, and integrity of all people across South Africa. therefore believes in the creation of sustainable children and youth communities. A sustainable child and youth communities can be defined as a community that is socially viable, economically prosperous and environmentally friendly.

Hospital nursing staff

We got to meet with hospital nursing staff ,continuing the discussion about sharing a diagnosis of disability with parents .its not often that healthcare and people with disabilities meet for this kind of conversation, and it was a privilege to be part of.
Consultative stakeholders meeting

The national department of health hosted a consultative stakeholders meeting about the NHI bill currencly out for comment. Professional association private health care providers ,health activists, HPCS ,disability sector reps and other (including RURESA ,represented by Kate sherry) gathered to hear president Ramaphosa and minister of health Motsoaledi discussed their proposal.
